Summary from now-defunct webpage at http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=246&:

Rick tells everyone in the school that he is gay. This makes Virgil and his friends unsure of their relationship with Rick. Static faces off against Princess Nightmare, who is fighting oppression of women through music. Virgil and Rick have a fight over his coming out. Rick gets harassed at school for being gay. Static tracks Princess Nightmare and figures out how to catch her. Virgil beats his dad at a video game and then finds out that Frieda is pissed at him for treating Rick badly.
