Summary from now-defunct webpage at http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=248&:

A sick Static faces off against a furious Hotstreak in the middle of a gay rights rally. Static barely puts down Hotstreak and the police disperse the rest of the Sons of Odin. Hotstreak is finally arrested and a sick Virgil goes home. Dasiy and her mom get arrested also. Hotstreak escapes the cops and hunts for Static again. Hotstreak causes some wrecks and captures Frieda. Rick ends up shooting Hotstreak.
