Ken Jacobs made this experimental feature by rephotographing the 1905 Biograph short "Tom, Tom, the Piper's Son." Jacob's re-working of the 1969 is considered something of a masterpiece by film critics. The 1969 work was was admitted to the National Film Registry in 2007.
