Screenwriters Sixto Pondal Rios and Carlos A. Olivari wrote the story "Romance in High C" which was the basis for the feature film "Romance on the High Seas." But as far as we have been able to surmise, "Romance in High C" was purely a film story, intended for use in creating a feature film, and was never published independently.
