We are introduced to Peter Betz, who was at the Big Bang. Page and Virgil Hawkins (Static) attend the same high school. Kobalt thinks his reputation as a bad guy is ruined because of Page. Alva sends Harware after Kobalt. St. Cloud finally believes that there is a Kobalt. A mutated Peter Betz crashes a pep rally. Page meets Static and both confront the (Peter Betz) Blowfly. Blowfly is captured and Page and Static wonder who each other really is. Hardware finds Kobalt.
