Kobalt meets Page, who he begins to train as his sidekick. Page's training begins as Kobalt tries to break his spirit. Kobalt tracks some traitors within the St. Cloud mafia to curb their growth. Kobalt is obsessed with St. Cloud. We see a new bad guy and Page joins a fitness club.
