(pg. 3) She-Hulk [citing Juggernaut's crimes]: "...Vancouver... where you terrorized the family and destroyed the home, belongings and neighborhood of a kid you supposedly like. Samuel Pare, a.k.a. 'Squidboy'... a boy you met and became friendly with after Professor Charles Xavier gave you a safe home and you seemed to be calming down."
On recap page, an image of Squid-Boy is shown in the character cast roster. He does not appear in this issue, but appears in part 2, in next issue.

Juggernaut (to She-Hulk): "And whadda you know about me...? Anytime we've tussled, you ever ask me about world politics? Social reform? Children's welfare? My dad was a rocket scientist, lady. I was a disappointment to him, but that don't make me an idiot. I have a worldview, a postion on women's rights, a belief in a higher being."

She-Hulk: "Anyhow...it says here you received your super-human powers from touching a gem left in some Cambodian cave by a demon named Cyttorak... Easier than injecting yourself with Hulk blood, I guess... Your prior offenses include, but are not limited to... damage to Hulkbuster Base One..."

(pg. 24) She-Hulk: "what happened with you and... Black Tom?"
Juggernaut: "I found him... living in a hole outside Scotland. Eating bugs and worms... I bought a castle so we could have a place to hide out. Maybe find a cure for whatever was wrong with him..."
She-Hulk: "So, you and Tom...?"
Juggernaut: "...it just got tiring..." [more]
On page 5, Juggernaut's attorney She-Hulk suggests to Juggernaut that if she has any information about Black Tom Cassidy or any other super-powered cohorts, it could help in his plea bargain.

She-Hulk [to Juggernaut]: "Your prior offenses include, but are not limited to... damage to Hulkbuster Base One, the destruction of U.S. Army property and the sinking of a mothballed liberty freighter in Suisun Bay, Benicia."

She-Hulk [citing Juggernaut's crimes]: "Grievous bodily harm to one 'Madame Web' in New York City."

Juggernaut: "My dad was a rocket scientist, lady. I was a disappointment to him, but that don't make me an idiot."

(pg. 2-3) She-Hulk: "Anyhow...it says here you received your super-human powers from touching a gem left in some Cambodian cave by a demon named Cyttorak. 'With the power of this gem--blah, blah, blah-- you shall now and forever more be a human juggernaut.'"
