This publication is also known as: Captain America Comics #78; Captain America #78 or Captain America (vol. 1) #78.

When Stan Lee originally wrote this story, the lead characters were intended to be Captain America (Steve Rogers) and Bucky (James Buchanan Barnes). The 1950s appearances of Captain America and Bucky during were later retconned so that these characters were replacements for the classic World War II heroes. Thus, in the retconned continuity, the "Captain America" who appears in this story is actually William Burnside (who had his name legally changed to "Steve Rogers") and the "Bucky" who appears here is actually Jack Monroe.
