This issue is the first in this volume for which the title on the cover does NOT appear as The Invincible Iron Man. The title appears simply as Iron Man. There is also a subtitle: "A Marvel Comics Event," followed by the words "Civil War" in large letters lower down on the cover. The words "A Marvel Comics Event" are clearly not intended to be part of the title of the series, but are intended to draw attention to the fact that this issue is part of Marvel's "Civil War" crossover event.
