Deathstroke, the Hunted #0 was published as part of DC's company-wide "Zero Hour" event, in which most ongoing series were published with an issue #0. This also marks the first issue in which the ongoing Deathstroke series changed its title from Deathstroke, the Terminator to Deathstroke, the Hunted (sometimes recorded as Deathstroke: The Hunted).
