Dr. Oramosha was the mastermind behind a secret plot to plunge the entire world into chaos. He wanted to do this in order to save the world from itself. Whether he was a true anarchist or not needs to be studied and considered more. Possibly he simply believed the establishment of worldwide chaos was necessary in order to bring about some sort of new Utopian. Or perhaps the final state of things that Dr. Oramosha desired for the world could be classified as a type of anarchism. Regardless of its specifics, the whole plan failed thanks to the intervention of the Japanese superhero Sunfire. After his defeat at the hands of Sunfire, Dr. Oramosha was sent to jail.
