When Power Girl brought Harley Quinn to the S.T.A.R. Labs faciilty where Dr. Langstrom was striving for an antidote to the Joker's "Jokerizing" chemical concoction, the heroine told the officer in charge, "Care to take this delivery off my hands, Gunny?"

The stern-looking black Marine stuck his finger at Harley Quinn's chest just below her throat and told her in a threatening manner, "You got two choices, clown girl -- You either help Doc Langstrom over there -- or you make trouble and get a nice big hole in the back of that jester's cap."

The frightened Harley Quinn told Gunny in a quiet voice, "I'll take door n-number one, M-Monty."

Harley is here making a humorous reference to Monty Hall, the popular television game show host who hosted a game show Let's Make a Deal, on which contestants chose among a selection of doors.

This scene takes place in panels 4 through 6 on page 24 in Joker: Last Laugh #3 (Dec. 2001). This is on page 88 in the Joker: Last Laugh trade paperback.

Harley Quinn seems to refer to "Monty" quite a bit. Is she always referring to Monty Hall? Or does name have some other significance for her? Note, for example, how Harley Quinn invokes "Monty" in panels 2 and 4 on page 3 in Joker: Last Laugh #5 (page 129 in the Joker: Last Laugh trade paperback).

On this page, Harley Quinn has just brandished a gun at Dr. Kirk Langstrom. She is frightened that she might be used as a test subject for the antidote that the scientist is trying to develop - an antidote to Joker venom. Soldiers assisting in the operation are surprised that she had a weapon on her. After all, they had already searched her twice. When Dr. Langstrom asks if Quinn had been searched or not, one soldier answers, "Twice already . . . but thir times the charm, right clown-girl?"

Harley Quinn, looking distressed, blurts out, "You gotta be kiddin' me, Monty!"

In panel 4 on page 3, as soldiers remove her clown costume (the only thing she is wearing) in order to search her once again, this time even more thoroughly, Harley Quinn cries out, "Monty!"
