The Elfqueen is an interesting character, but not particularly important in and of herself. However, she played a part in a pivotal event in Avengers history. Yellowjacket's attack from behind of the calmed Elfqueen was what led to his court-martial. This was the beginning of Hank Pym's darkest days, including his famous physical abuse of his wife, the Wasp.
