Glorianna O'Breen is the niece of Debbie Harris, who was the wife of Matt Murdock's law partner Foggy Nelson. Glorianna O'Breen was formerly associated with the Irish Catholic terrorist organization, the I.R.A. She tried to leave her former life behind her when she came to the United States. But her past caught up to her when Paddy O'Hanlon, a psychotic killer and former I.R.A. assassin known as "The Gael," twice tried to killer her. Glorianna dated Matt Murdock (who is secretly Daredevil) for a time. She was eventually killed by eventually killed by Kruel.

Given the fact that Glorianna O'Breen was with the I.R.A., one can assume that she was raised in a staunchly Catholic family.
