Working for the villain Isbisa, architect James Flore designed a secret passageway in a bank which led to the villainous mastermind's underground lair.

Flore was the designer of the bank in which the passageway was located. The bank was robbed, and the robbery was investigated by police officer Bobby Lee, assisted by the android super-hero, the Human Torch (Jim Hammond). Lee and the Human Torch were surprised when they discovered that it was Flore himself who designed the passageway. Flore was the mastermind behind the bank robbery, and he had a gang of criminals who worked for him. But Flore ultimately was working for Isbisa.
