Mo-Skull (an amalgam of Modok and the Red Skull) appeared only in a dream that Captain America's girlfriend Bernie Rosenthal had. In this dream, she (and not Steve Rogers) was a super-hero. As "Bernie America", she faced "Mo-Skull," who combined Captain America's two most significant villains at that time.
