Rebecca Chambers was a law enforcement officer based in Manhattan. (Some sources refer to her as a police office with the NYPD, but most sources identify her as an FBI agent. Given the fact that she goes on a cross-country trek following Justice, it seems unlikely that she is simply a New York City police officer, although she quite possibly was one in the past, before joining the FBI.)
Chambers became an ally of the peculiar hero Justice (Tensen), and eventually the two of them became lovers.
Chambers was corrupted and manipulated by one of Justice's foes, Darquill. Chambers ended up trying to kill Justice. She died attempting to do so.
