Melvin Potter, the original Daredevil foe known as "Gladiator" does not actually join the "Gang of Four." The costumed criminal known as "Gladiator" who joins the Gang of Four in the Daredevil/Spider-Man limited series is actually Wylie Lemmick, a criminal who took up Potter's criminal mantel.
