Summary (from http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=211&):

Rocket returns to face Oblivion as Darnice flees with Amistad. Arnus II argues that Earth is a dangerous planet. As Arnus begins to continue his testimony he is interrupted by a transmission from Earth. Rocket continues to battle Oblivion. Oblivion seems indestructible as he moves to kill Rocket. Arnus II tells Arnus how Oblivion escaped his punishment and was behind his accident. Rocket continues her battle with Oblivion, but is close to defeat when Icon returns.
