Blood Syndicate grieves over the loss of Tech-9. We are introduced to John Wing and the Coalition as they plan to take down the Blood Syndicate. The Syndicate is baited into attacking a new crack house. Wise Son is aggressive in his attempt to be the new leader. We also get a foreshadowing of the Demon Fox.
