Noble
 

Noble was a young burglar in Dakota City who partnered with teenager Raquel Ervin. Two of them tried to burglarize a wealthy attorney's home. It turned out to be the home of the super-powerful human-seeming alien Augustus Freeman. Freeman convinced Raquel to turn away from a life of crime and become the super-heroine known as "Rocket," while he embarked on a career as the super-hero "Icon."

While Noble and Raquel were still partners in crime (before Raquel met Icon and became "Rocket"), Raquel became pregnant with Noble's child.
