Pyre is beginning to reform the Blood Syndicate. We see a tripped out Flashback being lectured to by Pyre. Rocket races to confront Bubbasaur. Rocket dispatches of Bubbasaur easily, then is approached by Pyre. Augustus is thrown a surprise party by his law firm. Pyre offers Rocket a position in the Blood Syndicate. Mayor Jefferson tells Augustus that Pyre is forming a new Blood Syndicate. Rocket accepts the offer of Pyre, then goes to see Darnice. Raquel and Darnice discuss Noble as Darnice helps Raquel produce a new costume for the Blood Syndicate. Wise Son and Dogg turn down the offer of Pyre, as did DMZ, Third Rail and Brickhouse. Pyre introduces his new Blood Syndicate as BoogieMan, Flashback, Mistress Death, Bad Betty, Fade, Tarmack, Bubbasaur and Pyre.
