As Utopia Park displaces more people the anger builds into a riot. Rocket tries to diffuse as many troublespots as possible. Darnice visits Buck Wild in the hospital. Icon and Rocket help save lives during the Utopia Park Riot. Rocket watches other Dakota heroes help out during the violence. Wise Son's speech ends the riot and Icon discusses the importance of this riot to the future of the Earth. Darnice watches Buck Wild die.
