The "Ultimate Universe" version of Unicorn briefly appeared in Ultimate Nightmare #3 (Dec. 2004). He was a Russian super soldier who faced off against the Ultimates and was killed by Nick Fury. Although the real name of the Ultimate version of Unicorn was never revealed, he was clearly based on the mainstream Marvel character Milos Masaryk, and we have little reason to categorize him as an entirely distinct character.
