President Ronald Reagan was featured memorably in Batman: The Dark Knight Returns #2-4 (1986).

In Captain America (vol. 1) #344, President Ronald Reagan was temporarily transformed into a "Snake Man" by a serum that the villainous Viper derived from DNA obtained from the snake-like mutant known as "Slither." President Reagan reverted to his normal human self after he metabolized the serum and rid his body of it while battling Captain America.
