Summary (from http://milestone.luthor.com/comics_detail.asp?ID=233&):
Static stops a violent confrontation between Jews and Blacks. Virgil is gaming with his friends and makes a bad move buy breaking a date with a girl named Daisy. Static races to another race riot. We hear mention of Commando X instigating these riots. Static is asked to speak at a rally to protest the racist statements of Commando X. Then the high school of Virgil is bombed. Virgil's friends argue over the validity of the ideas presented by Commando X. At a peace rally Commando X arrives.
